Come Together - A Tribute to John Lennon
Lennon Tribute
by Who wants to know?Kevin Spacey had a lot of courage to get up in front of the large audience at Radio City and the people watching the show live in their homes and sing. Many singers would have been nervous to sing in front of such a crowd, especially when there were professional singers on the show. I felt that Mind Games may not have been the best choice of songs for his voice, but he made up for that with his passionate performance, which was better than many of the professionals on stage.

Lennon Tribute Review
by Majken145While much of the music featured didn't appeal to my tastes - I do admire those that came out for a great cause. As a Kevin Spacey fan, I of course felt there was not nearly enough of him!
His introduction was meaningful because it was so obviously heartfelt and sincere.
His performance of "Mind Games" seem to have drawn a "loved it" or "hated it" response. Some have said that "Kevin Spacey is not a singer." I disagree. Kevin Spacey is not a professional singer. Was his singing perfect? Of course not. But when you hear professional singers' voices crack I think we can cut the actor some slack. As with everything he does, he gave it his all. I applaud every aspect of his performance and feel the resulting enthusiastic standing ovation was very much deserved.
Kevin leading the onstage group through the audience was the perfect summation of the message that night was about.
As for his wardrobe: the guy is good! He looked properly 'host like' for his opening remarks, losing the jacket for the song was an excellent idea and appearing in the leather jacket for the closing songs was, simply put, a treat for his fans!
